摘　　要：以风向片模具为例详细阐述了两板式侧浇口注射模具的结构设计要点与工作过程,采用MPI软件进行流动分析,最后得出了一道合理而实用的流道系统方案,使得模具的缺陷大大降低,进而提高了塑件的内在质量和改善其工作性能。Take the wind direction table as an example, the main design points and working process of the injection mold with edge gate were stated in detail. Educed a sort of reasonable runner system project by MPI software. It reduced the disfigurement of the die, improved the plastic＇s quality and the work capability.
