摘　　要：目前国内权威版本的《宏观经济学》教材,对三部门经济中乘数的推导和论述存在相互矛盾的结果。利用宏观经济数学模型探讨比率税制下的平衡预算乘数两种矛盾结果出现的根源,区分期初(虚假)的平衡预算乘数与期末(真正)的平衡预算乘数,可以得出真正的平衡预算乘数恒等于1的结论。In the current authoritative versions of ＂Macroeconornics＂ teaching materials, the elaboration contradicts the inference of multiplicator in the three department economies. Using the reason of the contradictory result of the balanced budget multiplicator under macroeconomic model of tax rates, the beginning （false） of balanced budget multiplicator can be distinguished from the end （true） of that. Therefore a conclusion can be drawn that the true balanced budget multiplicator equals 1 constantly,
