摘 要:应用特异性单克隆抗体作DOT-ELISA和竞争ELISA检测65例脑囊虫病患者血清和脑脊液中游离循环Ag(FCAg)和循环免疫复合物抗原(CICAg)。血清FCAg阳性率分别为81.3%和81.5%(0.20~87.0μg/ml),CICAg阳性率为95.4%和92.3%(0.19~120.0μg/ml),脑脊液测定FCAg阳性单为78.5%和86.2%(0.32~25.0μg/ml),CICAg阳性率为90.8%和93.8%(0.19~46.4μg/ml)。结果表明检测总循环抗原(包括游离部分和复合物部分)有利于提高脑囊虫病的诊断。Free and immune complex circulating antigens(FCAg and CICAg) sera and cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) from 65 neurocysticercosis patients were detected by DOT-ELISA and competitve ELISA using monoclonal antibodies. The positive rates (level) of FCAg were 81.3% and 81.5% (0. 2~87.0μg/ml) in sera and 78.5% and 86.2% (0.32~25. 0μg/ml) in CSF respectively;The positive rates(level) of CICAg were 95.4 % and 92.3% (0.19~128.0μg/ml) in sera and 90. 8% and 93. 8% (0. 19~46.4μg/ml) in CSF respectively. These results suggest that detection of total circulation antigen(FCAg and CICAg) from sera and CSF could contribute to diagnosis of neurocysticercosis.
