我国新型钩端螺旋体参考菌株的国际复核结果

摘　　要：本文报道了由美国CDC和荷兰RTI对我国分离发现的36株新型钧端螺旋体（钩体）参考菌株的国际复核检定结果。有24株钩体各实验室检定结果相一致，各自代表一个新的国际血清型，分属14个血清群24个血清型。有12株钩体检定结果互有差异，对此进行了分析，并提出了建议。因此，目前我国至少存在有14个血清群26个国际新血清型钩体存在。This paper introduces the international checking results to the 36 new serovar reference strains of 15 serogroups of Leptospira interrogans isolated in China by Center for Disease Control(CDC) of USA and Roy1 Tropical Institute(RTI) of the Netherlands. It is agreed that 24 of 36 Chinese new reference strains were classified and recognized as mew international serovars by microscopic agglutination test(MAT)and agglutinin-absorption test(AAT). Another results of 12 Chinese strains had objection word. So,the paper also discusses the reason of the different checking results and put relevant suggestion for the exactitude and repetition of the international checking results.
