摘　　要：家庭数据采集器和智能化小区内物业管理中心间的通信方式有多种结构的,例如:有无线传输、有线传输和网络传输等,我们是采用电话线路及RS485总线相结合进行数据传输的,当今电话几乎已进入每一个家庭,该方案既可以节省小区内的管理成本又有很高的实用性。The family data collecting machine and correspondence methods between the thing industry management centers of intelligent residential areas are of various structures, for example,radio-deliver, wired-deliver and deliver on the network etc, we combine the telephone circuit and RS485 total line together to carry on data＂ s deliver ,because the telephone almost have already entered each family nowadays, so that project not only can save the management cost in the residential areas but also have the very high function.
