摘 要:利用电磁仿真软件FEKO建立设备模型和典型核电磁脉冲环境,来研究某型电子设备的电磁耦合规律。研究表明:当频率为300MHz时,后门窗口耦合明显,强度大致为原场强度的5倍,观察窗的耦合作用基本呈现于x=23in和x=24.8m,耦合强度为原场强度的2~3倍;设备本身工作频率上耦合强度较弱,初步表明其自身兼容性较好;受到内部设备的影响,底部开口附近的电磁耦合场非对称化;设备内部空腔区域的变化使得谐振频率发生变化,造成实验中2种情况的明显差异。In order to study the electromagnetic coupling law of one kind of electronic equipment, electromagnetic simulation software FEKO was used to set up the equipment model and typical HEMP environment. Data showed:when frequency is 300 MHz,coupling presented at the window of back door is obvious,whose intensity is roughly 5 times of the original intensity of field, and the coupling of the viewing windows appears on x = 23 m and x = 24.8 m, whose intensity is 2 - 3 times of the original intensity of field;weaker coupling on the own operating frequency of equipment indicates good self-compatibility tentatively ;Influenced by inner equipment, the asymmetry coupling nearby bottom holes is presented;the change of the cavity area makes resonance frequency change, which causes the obvious difference of two kinds of situations.
