摘  要:研究二溴对甲基偶氮磺与铅的反应,建立了直接测定金属锌中铅含量的光度分析方法.在0.144mol/L盐酸介质中,铅与二溴对甲基偶氮磺形成蓝色配合物,最大吸收波长为630nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为8.34×10^4;在25ml的溶液中,铅量在0-60μg范围内符合比尔定律.显色反应具有很好灵敏度和选择性,主要共存离子均有较大允许量.可用于金属锌中铅的直接测定,测定结果与理论值相符,RSD为1.85%-2.56%.The chromogenic reaction between the reagent dibromo-P-methylsulfonazo and lead was studied. In 0. 144 mol/ L HCl medium, lead reacts with the reagent to form a blue complex which exhibits an absorption maximum at 630 nm with a apparent molar absorbtivity of 8.34 × 10^4 L mol^-1 cm^-1 , Beer,s law was obeyed in the range of 0-60 μg/25 ml for lead. Most of common coexisting ions did not interfere with the determination of lead. The proposed method has been applied to the direct determination of lead in Zinc; the results are conforming to certified values. The RSD (n = 5 ) is not more than 3%.
