摘　　要：介绍几种SnO2纳米微粒的常用制备方法,其中溶胶-凝胶法应用较广泛;论述了采用溶胶-凝胶法制备SnO2纳米微粒的原理和过程,并对SnO2纳米微粒进行了表征分析,简要讨论了热处理温度对SnO2纳米微粒的影响。This article introduces several commonly used methods for the preparation of nanometer tin dioxide, in which the sol - gel method is widely adopted and discusses the fundamentals and process for the preparation of nanometer tin dioxide. The article also analyses the features of nanometer tin dioxide and briefly discusses the effect of changing hot temperature on nanometer tin dioxide.
