低密度脂蛋白受体基因多态性与老年高血压关系的研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨低密度脂蛋白受体(low density lipoprotein receptor,LDLR)基因HincⅡ多态性与老年高血压伴肥胖及血脂的关系。[方法]采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(polymerase chain reaction-restrictionfragment length polymorphism,PCR-RFLP)方法,测定高血压组126例,对照组150例的LDLR基因型。[结果]LDLR分CC、CT、TT 3种基因型。高血压组C等位基因频率高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。高血压组具有C等位基因者(CC基因型+CT基因型)体重指数(body mass index,BMI)及腰围(waist circumference,WC)高于TT基因型者(P﹤0.05)。[结论]高血压组C等位基因频率高于对照组;高血压组具有C等位基因者BMI及WC高于TT基因型者。提示LDLR基因可能在老年肥胖性高血压的发病机制中发挥作用。[Objective]To study the relationship between HincII polymorphsim of low density lipoprotein receptor（LDLR）gene and hypertension combined with obesity of elderly people.[Methods]The LDLR genotypes of 126 cases in hypertension group and 150 subjects in control group were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism（PCR-RFLP）.[Results]LDLR included three genotypes（CC,TT and CT）.The frequency of C allele in hypertension group was higher than that in control group（P﹤0.05）.In hypertension group,the body mass index（BMI）and waist circumference（WC）of C allele carriers（CC genotype ＋ CT genotype）were higher than those of cases with TT genotype（P﹤0.05）.[Conclusions]In hypertension group,the frequency of LDLR C allele is higher than that in control group,and the BMI and WC of C allele carriers are higher than those of cases with TT genotype.These results suggest that LDLR gene could play a role in the pathogenesis of hypertension combined with obesity of elderly people.
