碘伏联合微波治疗妊娠期生殖道尖锐湿疣疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨碘伏联合微波治疗妊娠期生殖道尖锐湿疣的疗效。[方法]将80例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组微波去除疣体,阴道内放置碘伏纱条,外阴涂抹碘伏。对照组仅微波治疗。进行6个月随访。[结果]治疗组45例可访病例中3例复发。对照组31例可访病例中11例复发。其余均治愈。经Excel统计软件分析,P﹤0.05,两组间有统计学差异。[结论]碘伏联合微波治疗妊娠期尖锐湿疣复发率低,疗效满意。[Objective]To observe the therapeutic effects of Iodophors integrated with microwave in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum of pregnant woman in gestational period.[Methods]80 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.46 cases in treatment group were given treatment of Iodophors integrated with microwave,while 34 cases in control group were only given microwave.All patients were followed up for 6 months.[Results]In treatment group,one cases lost follow-up,3 cases recurred and 42 cases were cured.While in control group,three cases lost follow-up,11 cases recurred and 20 cases were cured.There were significant differences between the two groups in these parameters during treatment（P﹤0.05）.[Conclusions]Iodophors integrated with microwave in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum for pregnant woman has satisfactory therapeutic effects and low recurrence rate.
