脂联素、超敏C反应蛋白、甘油三酯与胰岛素抵抗的相关性分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗的相关因素。[方法]选择2005年1月~2007年1月我院内分泌科病房及门诊2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者108例,糖耐量异常（IGT）者127人,正常糖耐量（NGT）组98人。分别测定他们的脂联素（AN）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）及甘油三酯（TG）水平,计算胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-IR）,然后进行统计学分析。[结果]糖尿病患者和糖耐量异常者脂联素水平明显低于正常糖耐量组（P﹤0.05）,糖尿病患者和糖耐量异常者超敏C反应蛋白及血脂水平高于正常糖耐量组,具有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。[结论]脂联素、超敏C反应蛋白及血脂水平和胰岛素抵抗具有显著相关性,其中脂联素水平呈负相关,其余呈正相关。[Objective]To analyze the correlation factors for insulin resistance of type 2 diabetic patients.[Methods]108 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM）patients were chosen from hospital rooms and outpatient service of department of endocrinology in our hospital from January,2005 to January,2007.There were 172 patients in impaired glucose tolerance（IGT）group and 98 patients in normal glucose tolerance（NGT）group.Their levels of adiponectin（AN）,high sensitivity C reactive protein（hs-CRP）and TG were determined,and the insulin resistance index（HOMA-IR）was calculated,then statistical analysis was carried out.[Results]The AN levels of T2DM patients with IGT were obviously lower than that of T2DM patients in NGT group（P﹤0.05）.While the hs-CRP and TG levels of T2DM patients with IGT were significantly higher than that of T2DM patients in NGT group（P﹤0.05）.[Conclusions]The levels of hs-CRP and TG have significant positive correlation with insulin resistance,while the serum level of AN is negatively correlated with insulin resistance.
