摘　　要：[目的]探讨腓肠神经蒂皮瓣逆行修复踝、足跟、足背软组织缺损的疗效。[方法]本组15例采用腓肠神经蒂皮瓣逆行修复踝、足跟、足背皮肤软组织缺损。[结果]15例患者一次修复,软组织缺损面积4 cm×5 cm^14cm×15 cm,术后随访1~2个月,功能与外观较满意。[结论]腓肠神经蒂皮瓣解剖比较恒定,操作简单,是修复踝、足跟、足背部创面的较好方法。[Ojective]To explore the therapeutic effects of repairing soft tissue defects of the ankle、heel and dorsal pedal with the sural nerve pedicle flap.[Methods]15 cases of soft tissue defects in the ankle、heel and dorsal pedal were repaired by the sural nerve pedicle flap.[Results]Fifteen patients were given single-visit repair,the area of soft tissue defects were 4 cm × 5 cm^14 cm × 15 cm.And all patients were given postoperative follow-up for 1 to 2 months,the function and appearance of foot were satisfactory.[Conclusions]The sural nerve pedicle flap is with reliable blood supply and good texture and is easily dissected,which is a good choice for repairing the defects in ankle,heel and dorsal pedal.
