公共浴业卫生监督量化分级管理及其研究

摘　　要：目的研究用卫生监督量化分级管理的方法管理公共浴业卫生的方法及效果,为公共浴业卫生监督提供依据。方法采用普查的方法对所有营业中的公共浴室使用调查表和量化评分表进行量化前后调查测评,并采用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果实施量化分级管理1年后,公共浴业单位卫生许可证、从业人员健康证持证率由原来的54.5%、29.8%上升到86.8%、69.1%。平均测评分上升了16.9分,B级提高了45.3个百分点,D级减少了42.9个百分点。结论公共浴业实施卫生监督量化分级管理对促进企业自律,落实各项措施,改善卫生状况的作用是积极有效的。Objective To explore the methods of sanitation supervision quantification management at different levels, by which health condition of public bathe vocation would be improved. Methods General investigation of all of public bathe in management state was taken, meanwhile surveying and quantifying score tables were written in fore and post - quantification respectively. And statistical analysis was applied by SPSS statistical software. Results the holding rate of sanitation license and good health were raised from 54.5%, 29.8% to 86.8%, 69.1% respectively, average scores went up 16.9 point, proportion grade B had increased 45.3 percent point, at the same time proportion of grade D units had decreased 42.9 percent point, after sanitation supervision quantification management at different levels in public bathe had been enforcing for one year. Conclusion It was obvious that the sanitation supervision quantification management at different levels had good effect in public bathe vocation. It was useful for promotion of enterprise self - discipline, implement of various measures, improvement of health condition and so on.
