摘 要:研究了高铝质浇注料的性能及其影响因素。探索性研究发现:硅灰的用量是影响该浇注料体系850℃和1100℃强度的主要因素,MKP胶凝体系的用量是决定110℃强度的主要因素,而1100℃的线收缩率的主要影响因素是氧化镁和磷酸二氢钾的摩尔比值。并且可以通过调节硼砂的量和氧化镁的活性来调节体系的可作业时间。研究的浇注料耐压强度高,凝结硬化时间较短,体积稳定性好,适合用作窑炉的紧急抢修材料。The performances of high alumina castable and the factors controlling its properties were investigated. The experimental results shown that the amount of SiO2 added into the system is the main influence factor for the strength of the castable at 850℃ and 1100℃. The strength of 110℃ MKP and fly ashes are main one. For permanent linear change of the specimens at 1100℃, the mol ratio of MgO and KH2PO4 is very important. In addition, the setting time of castable can be regulated by controlling the dosage of Na2B4O7·10H2O and the activity of MgO powder. Refractory Cast material we studied here due to its processing advantages, such as faster setting, high strength and good bulk stability, is suitable for the repairing of kiln emergency engineering.
