粤北地区中华芦荟内生真菌的初步研究

摘　　要：从中华芦荟[Aloe veraL.var.chinensis(Haw.)Berger]的根和叶中分离出内生真菌40株,经形态学鉴定属于3目3科7属;分别对其液体发酵液进行抗菌活性检测,发现青霉属LH4和头孢属LH34菌株具有抗菌活性。Forty strains of endophytic fungi were isolated and identified in the root and leaf of Aloe vera L. var. chinensis （Haw.） Berger. These strains belonged to three orders, three families and seven genera respectively. And the antibacterial activities of these endophytic fungi were tested through the antibacterial experiments in the exterior body. The results showed the strains of Penicillinum LH4 and Cephalosporium LH34 were able to produce antibiotic active substance.
