摘　　要：当前,我国正处于深化医疗保险制度改革,推进医疗保险实现全民覆盖的重要时期。以贵州省为例,通过对我国医疗保险制度运行7年来的动态分析,总结其取得的主要成就,并重点就7年来医疗保险基金运行有关规律及其中存在的有关问题进行分析,可提出进一步完善我国医疗社会保险制度的有关对策和建议。At present, China is at the important stage of deepening social health insurance reform and fostering health insurance for all people. Through the case of Guizhou Province, this paper conducts a dynamic analysis of the seven-year operation of health insurance in China, summarizing main accomplishments, analyzing existing problems in line with operational laws of health insurance fund, and proposing recommendations for improving social health insurance system in China.
