摘 要:目的:探讨粘质沙雷菌苗对支气管哮喘的免疫调节作用。方法:雄性大鼠40只,随机分为正常对照组(A组)、免疫组(B组)、哮喘模型组(C组)、常规哮喘模型组(D组),每组10只。A组仅注射PBS液,B、C、D组在皮内注射粘质沙雷菌苗。8周后,B组用PBS液代替,C组使用BCG免疫、D组未使用BCG免疫建立哮喘模型。对各组支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中炎性细胞及细胞因子进行检测,并行方差分析。结果:B、C、D组在BALF中淋巴细胞多于正常对照组。B、C组较D组Th2型IL-4、IL-5分泌减少,细胞因子向Th1型明显偏移。肺组织HE染色后,C组见支气管狭窄较B组减轻。结论:粘质沙雷菌苗可明显促进Th1型IFN-γ的分泌,具有预防及治疗支气管哮喘的前景。Objective: To investigate the immuno-modulation function of Serratia marcescens vaccine on the therapy of bronchial asthma. Methods: 40 male rats were randomly divided into 4 groups as following: normal control group (group A), immunized group (group B), asthma model group (group C) and conventional asthma model group (group D). Each group included 10 rats. group A were injected with PBS fluid only. Group B, C and D were received intradermal injection with Serratia marcescens vaccine. 8 weeks later, group B were changed with the injection of PBS fluid, while in the.gronp C and D the asthma models were established with and without BCG immunity respectively. The inflammatory cells and cytokines in the bronchus alveolar lavage fluid (BALF) of each group were detected and analyzed statistically. Results: Lymphoeytes of the BALF in group B, C and D were more than that in group A. IL- 4, IL- 5 of type Th2 in group B and C secreted less than that in group D, and cytokines were observed moving to type Thl. After HE staining of lung tissues, the stenosis of bronchus in group C was mild than that in group B. Conclusion: Telomerase could obviously promote the secretion of IFN - γ in Thl, which would be promising in the prevention and treatment of bronchus asthma.
