摘  要:介绍了生产细特高密宽幅全棉织物时,采用K2000、无机纳米助剂SH-05完全替代PVA进行的上浆实践,叙述了助剂的性能、浆料配方和浆纱工艺。结果表明浆膜强力比PVA膜低,但撕裂较轻,开口清晰,织造效率略有提高。This article introduces the warp sizing practice by use of K2000 and inorganic nano-additive SH-05 to replace PVA in weaving fine tex high density wide width pure cotton fabric with the additive features, sizing formulation and technology described. The practice shows that the strength of its size film is weaker than that of PVA, but less breaking, clear shedding and a little high weaving efficiency were obtained by the size.
