摘  要:随着汽车市场竞争日益激烈,并且出于经济性、安全性及环保等因素考虑,拼焊板已开始应用于汽车工业。采用拼焊板可使汽车减轻车身重量、降低能耗、降低生产成本、改善零件成形性、增加尺寸精度等,是近年来汽车工业的一大研究热点,受到了广泛关注。而回弹是板料冲压成形中影响冲压件质量的关键因素之一。随着高强钢及铝合金等新材料的应用及汽车零部件精度要求的提高,使得回弹问题更加突出。本文采用Dynaform软件,参照96'NUMISHEET标准考题S形轨道,对基板为DQSK钢及高强钢DP钢的拼焊板进行了回弹的数值模拟分析,研究了拼焊板基板强度变化和厚度变化对回弹的影响、基板强度厚度差异值的变化对回弹的影响。Economical efficiency,security and environmental protection have been considered for the fierce competition in automotive industry and tailor welded blanks.Tailor welded blanks,which can reduce the weight of the body,energy consumption and productive cost,improve forming properties of parts and increase dimensional accuracy,have been an important aspect in automotive industry.Springback has been a key reason to affect the quality of stamping which is becoming more and more important as improvement of the accuracy demand on automotive parts and applications of new materials,such as high strength steel and aluminum alloys.In this text,Referring to S track in 96'NUMISHEET tests,springback of tailor welded blanks ,welded with DQSK steel and high strength DP steel has been simulated by Dynaform software.Effects of strength and thickness changing of base plate of tailor-welded blanks on springback have been researched as well as the different value changing of strength and thickness.
