急性缺血性脑血管病患者颈内动脉血流速度直方图及葛根素治疗后的变化

摘　　要：目的:探讨急性缺血性脑血管疾病患者颈内动脉血流速度直方图的特点及用葛根素治疗后的变化。方法:用彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)观察27例急性缺血性脑血管病患者的双侧颈内动脉(ICA)血流速度直方图波形及葛根素治疗后的变化,并与20例正常人双侧ICA速度直方图波形比较。结果:正常人ICA血流速度直方图以单峰波(Ⅰ型)、双峰波(Ⅱ型)为主(37/40,占92.5%),基底窄。患病组治疗前ICA速度直方图以多峰波为主(42/54,占77.8%),基底或窄(Ⅲ型)或宽(Ⅳ型),与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。患病组葛根素治疗后单峰波、双峰波型明显增加,共38条,与治疗前的12条相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:急性缺血性脑血管疾病患者彩色多普勒血流显像所见的颈内动脉血流速度直方图以多峰为主,较具特征性,用葛根素治疗能有效地改善脑供血。Objective：To evaluate the types of velocity histogram of the internal carotid artery （ICA） and their changes after Puerarin treatment in 27 patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease, Methods： Puerarin injection were given in 27 cases of acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease, and types of velocity histogram of ICA and their changes after Puerarin treatment in patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease were studied by color doppler flow imaging（ CDFI ） and compared with 20 healthy controls. Results ： The type of velocity histogram of ICA was single （Type Ⅰ ） or double （Type Ⅱ ） peak in the most normal subjects,while multi-peak was more prevalent in acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease （ 42/54,77. 8 % ） , with narrow （ Type Ⅲ ） or broad （ Type Ⅳ ） bases. After therapy, the number of single（ Type Ⅰ） or double（ Type Ⅱ ） peak increased in patients（ 12 to 38 ）, Both normal subjects and patients showed significance difference in types of velocity histogram of ICA before and after therapy（ P 〈 0. 01 ）, Conclusions ： Velocity histogram of ICA in patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease is characterized by multi-peak type. Puerarin can efficiently improve the supply of brain blood flow,
