摘  要:采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、氢核磁共振及偏光显微镜等方法,研究了催化裂化油浆富芳烃馏分单独炭化及其与乙烯焦油共炭化的行为。研究结果表明,原料的组成对炭化行为有决定性影响,只有调制出合适的原料,才能在一定条件下得到易于有序堆积的片状芳核结构,进而生成无缺陷的晶体结构。乙烯焦油和催化裂化油浆富芳烃馏分混合,可起到共炭化的协同效应。催化裂化油浆富芳烃馏分与乙烯焦油以质量比1∶1混合,在3.5MPa、400~420℃下炭化17~20h,可得到广域流线型结构的中间相沥青,进而可制备出针状焦。For the sake of getting needle coke from oil, carbonization behavior of aromatics - rich fraction in catalytic cracking slurry (FCCRF) and the co -carbonization behavior of FCCRF with ethylene tar were studied by means of FTIR, ^1H NMR and polarized light microscopy. The feedstock composition influences the carbonization behavior substantially, so preparation of a feedstock with feasible composition is necessary. As a result, an orderly disk - like structure of aromatics can be easily got and perfect crystals can be further formed. Ethylene tar mixed with FCCRF performs synergetic effect during co - carbonization. Under the conditions of mass ratio of FCCRF to ethylene tar 1 : 1, 3.5 MPa,400 -420 ℃ and carbonizing time 17 -20 h, mesophase pitch with the broad domain streamline structure is able to be got by carbonization of FCCRF and co - carbonization with ethylene tar, and needle coke can be further prepared from it.
