二味中草药对实验性胃黏膜损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：目的:研究二味中草药(六月雪、黄花倒水莲)对小鼠胃黏膜损伤的作用。方法:无水乙醇法、阿司匹林法、水浸应激法和利血平法制备小鼠胃黏膜损伤模型,测定药后胃黏膜损伤面积。结果:二味中草药对四种胃黏膜损伤均有非常显著的抑制作用。结论:二味中草药对实验性胃黏膜损伤具有保护作用。Objective： To observe the protection effect of two kinds of herbal medicine（ Serissa serissoides （DC.）Druce ,Polygala aureocauda Dunn） on experiments model of gastric mucosal lesion in mice. Methods： The four models of gastric mucosal lesion in mice induced by ethanol, aspirin, reserpine injection and water immersion stress were established, and the area of gastric mucosal lesion in mice was measured. Results ： It was found that these two kinds of herbal medicine obviously inhibited lesion degrees of gastric mucosa of the four models. Conclusion ： Serissa serissoides （ DC. ） Druce and Polygala aureocauda Dunn have protective effect on experimental gastric mueosal lesion in mice.
