摘  要:目的:研究蛇床子素对环磷酰胺致生殖系统损伤雄性小鼠血清睾酮和睾丸雄激素受体(AR)表达的影响。方法:建立环磷酰胺致生殖系统损伤雄性小鼠模型,灌胃蛇床子素20天后,用放免法测定血清睾酮水平,用免疫组化法测定AR含量,计算性器官脏器系数。结果:蛇床子素高剂量可显著升高环磷酰胺致生殖系统损伤雄性小鼠血清中睾酮的含量(P<0.05),免疫组化结果显示,高剂量可增加睾丸肌样细胞AR阳性细胞表达百分率,高、低剂量可增加精液囊的脏器系数。结论:蛇床子素可升高环磷酰胺致生殖系统损伤小鼠血清睾酮含量的降低;增强睾丸肌样细胞AR的表达。Objective: To investigate the effects of osthole on testosterone in serum and AR in the reproduction system disturbance mice. Methods: The reproduction system disturbance model was established by injecting cyclophosphamide in mice. The level of serum testosterone were determinded by the radio - immunoassay. AR was determined by immunohistochemistry. The sexual organ coefficents were calculated. Results: The high dose of osthole significantly increased the level of serum testosterone in the reproduction system disturbance mice and increased significantly the AR positive ceils percentage of peritubular myold cells. The low and high doses of osthole significantly increased the coefficients of seminal vesicle. Conclusions : Osthole could increase the level of serum testosterone and enhance expression of peritubular myoid cells AR in the reproduction system disturbance mice.
