摘 要:目的探讨心理干预模式对新兵心理问题干预的适用性。方法采用症状自评量表,对1 113名集训队新兵进行心理测量,并运用统计学的聚类分析分别在其症状组、亚健康组和健康组随机抽出部分新兵重新组成3个同质的研究组,即干预组Ⅰ、干预组Ⅱ和对照组。并分别对3组进行干预前后组内t检验和组间方差分析。结果3组的组内比较显示:2个干预组前后有显著差异,对照组前后没有差异,提示心理干预模式的有效性。3组的组间比较显示:干预前3组的组间没有显著差异,干预后的2个干预组与对照组有显著差异,但2个干预组之间无显著差异,提示心理干预模式对新兵心理问题干预的有效性和稳定性。结论心理干预模式符合心理学的要求,适用新兵的心理干预的特点,可作为新兵集训期系统心理干预的模式推广应用。Objective To study the practicability of psychological intervention mode in recruits. Methods 1 113 recruits were included in this study and were tested using symptom checklist- 90. By cluster analysis, 182 recruits were divided into three groups, in which two were intervention groups, the other was control group. Each group consisted of symptomatic, subhealthy, and healthy subjects. The obtained data were analyzed by Student's t-test and ANOVA. Results Intergroup comparison showed that there was significant difference in ontcome in either intervention group whereas such was not the case in control group, proving that psychological intervention was effective. Intergroup comparison showed that,there were significant no differences before psychological intervention between the three groups, but significant differ- ence appeared after intervention. So this psychological intervention mode was fit for recruits and has stability. Conclusions The psychological intervention mode meets the requirements of psychology strikes at recruits' characteristics,and can be put into practice in recruits.
