红景天苷对小鼠抗疲劳作用的体内研究

摘　　要：目的研究红景天苷对小鼠抗疲劳作用。方法将120只雄性昆明种小鼠按体重(18±3 g)随机分为5组,并分别采用60 mg/(kg.d)(低),180 mg/(kg.d)(中),360 mg/(kg.d)(中高),720 mg/(kg.d)(高)红景天苷和同样体积蒸馏水(对照组)灌喂,15 d后称量小鼠体重,分别检测小鼠力竭游泳时间,运动前后血乳酸、血清尿素氮和肝、肌糖原含量。结果灌喂15d后,红景天苷对小鼠体重增长无明显影响。经红景天苷处理小鼠力竭游泳时间及运动后肝糖原、肌糖原含量均明显高于对照组小鼠,而运动后血乳酸浓度却明显低于对照组,其中以中剂量组与对照组差别最为明显。结论红景天苷有明显的抗疲劳效果,并有其最适剂量。Objective To study the antifatigue effects of salidroside.Methods 120 normal male Kunming mice were randomized into four salidroside groups and control group based on body weight. The control group was given distilled water and the four treatment groups were given various doses of salidroside （60,180,360,720 mg/kg.bw） for 15 consecutive days,respectively.The body weight was determined before swimming test. And the level of lactate, sermn urea nitrogen, muscle and liver glycogen, and the longest swimming dme were determined after swimming test. Results The salidroside had no effect on weight gain. And different doses of salidroside significantly lengthened the swimming time, increased muscle and liver glycogen, and reduced lactate level in blood significantly, compared with control group, especially in intermediate dose group （ 180 mg/kg.bw）. Coonclusions Salidroside has noticeable antifatigue effect on mice, and its strongest effect on most biomarkers is seen when given an intermediate dose.
