摘　　要：学科理论体系建设是关系一个学科能否独立的重要标志,由于体育法学的学科建设起步较晚,学科理论体系自然不够成熟,而构建体育法学科理论体系是一项长期、艰巨的工作.其中,需要注意的问题是,由于理论体系是动态变化的,所以,在构建体系过程中,应该不断深化对体育法学科的自身认识、重视对学科发展的调查研究、对理论体系深入进行发展性研究,充分考虑实际情况,以实现体育法治为目标,妥善处理构建体育法学理论体系与研究问题的关系.Theory system of the science of sport law is young because of its, short time construction, so construction of theory system of science of sport law is long and hard work. The problems worth attention are that, because of changing theory system, during the course of construction,it s necessary to deepen recognition to the sport law itself, investigation, developing research, thinking highly of practice to realize the sport by law as aim. Meanwhile, handle the relations between construction of theory system of science of sport law and questions research.
