复方中草药对鲤肝脏转氨酶的影响

摘　　要：在饲料中添加复方中草药对鲤的正常鱼体和利用鱼类败血病的病原菌导致其肝受损后的鱼体进行药效试验,测定投喂前后血清生化指标中转氨酶浓度变化,表明该复方中草药对正常鱼体的肝脏具有保护作用,同时对鱼类败血病病原菌所致的肝损伤有一定的恢复和治疗作用。The transaminase activity was determined in the pancreas from common carp （ Cyprinus carpio） fed the diets containing Chinese herbal medicines and challenged by a septicemia pathogen by efficacy tests. The results showed that the herbal compounds had a protective role in the normal hepatopancreas, and some recovery part in the injured hepatopancreas.
