豫黄瓜2号的染色体核型分析

摘　　要：利用改良的去壁低渗法对我国广泛栽培的豫黄瓜2号的染色体进行了核型分析,结果表明:其染色体数目为2n=14,核型公式为2n=2x=14=14m,染色体的相对长度组成为2n=14=6M2+8M1,核型不对称系数为54.85,为对称型核型,染色体的核型类型为"1A"。The chromcsome number and karyotype of Henan cucumber No. 2 were studied by using the improved wall degradation hypotonic method. The results showed that： its chromosome number was 14 ; its karyotype formula was 2n = 2x = 14 = 14m; its asymmetry index was 54.85 ; its constitution of relative length was 2n = 14 = 6M2 ＋ 8M1. Based on the standard of Stebbins＇ s classification, its karyotype was ＂1A＂ type.
