摘　　要：铁钉菜乙醇粗提物通过薄层层析法分离活性物质,分别采用纸片法和菌饼法测定了铁钉菜提取物及薄层层析带对3种真菌的菌丝生长的影响,用玻片法测定了对孢子萌发的抑制作用。实验结果表明:乙醇提取物对3种真菌孢子萌发的抑制作用最强,其中,浓度在0.005 mg/mL时对绿色木霉和黑曲霉孢子萌发的抑制率均达到99%。Active substances separated by TLC from the ethanol extract of Ishige okamura were used to study their effects on the hyphal growth of three fungi by using the method of disc and filter paper, as well as their restraining effects on the spore germination by using the slide method. The results indicated that ethanol extract showed strong inhibition to the spore germination of three fungi and the maximum inhibitory rate reached 97.0% to Trichoderma viride and Aspergillus niger under the concentration of 0.005 mg/mL.
