摘　　要：中华民族解放先锋队(简称民先队)是中国共产党领导下的一个先进青年的抗日救亡组织。在抗战初期抗日救亡运动蓬勃发展的山东,民先队为山东党组织发动民众、举行起义、建立和巩固敌后抗日根据地、打击日本帝国主义起了重要的作用。当代青年要继承民先队的光荣传统,在建设祖国的伟大实践中做出新的更大的贡献。The Chinese liberation vanguard （ brief name： people vanguard） is a youth organization for resisting Japan and saving the nation under leadership of Chinese communist party. When the movement of resisting Japan and saving the nation mushroomed in Shandong province, people vanguard played a very important role in organizing the local people, carrying on uprising, establishing and strengthening anti - Japanese base areas in the enemy rear and defeating Japanese imperialism. The contemporary youth ought to inherit the glorious tradition of vanguard and make a new larger contribution in the fulfillment constructing motherland.
