摘  要:介绍了我国燃煤电厂湿法烟气脱硫技术应用的现状,针对目前对燃煤机组湿法烟气脱硫装置烟囱运行存在的问题,分析了烟气脱硫前后参数的变化,探讨了湿法烟气脱硫后烟囱的腐蚀机理及影响烟气露点的因素。对国内外流行的烟囱防腐技术与方案进行了技术经济分析,在结合我国具体情况的基础上,对我国火电厂新、老机组烟囱防腐方案进行了讨论。The current domestic application of WFGD technology was introduced, in view of existing problems in the running stacks resulted from the limestone-gypsum wet FGD device, the changing parameters of flue gas both before and after desulfurization is analyzed, the corrosive mechanism and factors affecting the dew point of flue gas are also studied. In addition, some popular anticorrosion measures adopted at home and abroad were compared in economical terms. According to domestic reality, some anticorrosion method for the old and newly built units including stack structure and anticorrosive material was discussed too.
