摘　　要：保证热轧带钢厚度精度的压下液压系统对工作油的清净度提出了严格的要求。运行数年后，液压系统污染，电—液伺服阀的故障率上升，综合治理污染的常规措施已难以收到明显的效果。采取非常措施，实施循环冲洗，从而明显地改善了液压系统的清净度，压下液压系统恢复正常运行。A critical demand on the cleanliness of hydraulic oil is required by screwdown hydraulic system for the finishing train of hot rolled steel strip,which was contaminated and the failure ratio of electric hydraulic servo valve was increased after running several years.The normal practice of the comprehensive treatment for removing contaminations was proved of no desired effect.However, the cyclic washing and unusual measures have significantly improved the cleanliness of the oil,and made the screwdown hydraulic system work well as usual.
