摘 要:我国电站锅炉现阶段在燃料品质、燃烧经济性和环境保护等方面面临着新挑战,而煤粉燃烧器是解决这些问题的关键设备。根据煤粉气流的着火过程和稳燃机理,阐述了燃烧器设计中组织好煤粉颗粒多级浓缩和逐级着火的重要性,是新型燃烧器设计原则的重要内容。对我国所使用的若干稳燃能力强的直流和旋流煤粉燃烧器的结构及其工作原理进行剖析,说明了这些燃烧器煤粉气流组织过程中的设计思想和特点,论证了上述观点的正确性,同时例举了组织多级浓缩和逐级着火的具体措施,并对一些可能的改进进行了讨论。期望对现有燃烧器设计思想的总结和分析有利于新型燃烧器的研发。The coal-fired power plants are facing some new challenges as more low-rank and quality-verying fuels are forcedly to be burnt, while more requirements are demanded to reduce economic cost and pollutant emission in China. The burner is the key device to resolve these problems. The mechanisms of flame ignition and stabilization for burners used in pulverized coal fired boiler were analyzed based on the analysis of the ignition process of coal-air flow in the furnace. Some existing burners with excellent capability in flame stabilization were analyzed on their structure and flow characteristic near the nozzle. The design principles for PC burners were discussed. Both theoretical analysis and discussion on the existing burners show that the proper organization of the multi-stage particle enrichment and multistage amplification of ignition are key principles for coal-fired burner design. It is expected that the analysis of the existing burners can provide some guidelines for research and development of new high performance burners.
