摘 要:上海锅炉厂有限公司于2002年从美国阿尔斯通能源公司引进的600 MW超临界机组设计技术,其中燃烧设备的设计中采用能有效降低NOx排放的LNCFS燃烧系统,通过不断消化、吸收此技术的精髓,目前上海锅炉厂已设计并制造了60多台超临界机组。其中大部分已经成功运行,实践证明,此系统不但能有效降低NOx排放,而且能防止炉内结渣、高温腐蚀等,以江苏镇江发电有限公司5号炉为例着重阐述低NOx排放的LNCFS燃烧系统的设计特点及运行情况。Shanghai boiler works Co. Ltd. introduced the designing technology of the 600 MW supercritical boiler from ALSTOM Power INC. of USA In 2002. The LNCFS (low NOx Concentric Firing System) which can effectively reduce NOx emission are used in the designing of the combustion equipment. With the continuous assimilation and absorption the distillation of the technology, Shanghai Boiler Works Co. Ltd. have successfully designed, manufactured more than sixty sets of boilers at present. Most of these boilers are successfully operated. It is proved that the system can not only reduce NO, emission but also prevent the slag and high temperature erosion. This article takes an example for the NO. five unit of Zhenjiang Power Plant, Jiangsu province and emphasizes on the designing characteristic and the operating performance of this firing system.
