摘　　要：本文在分析当前高校教师工作量申报与审核系统的性能和功能需求的基础上,设计并实现基于Web的通用教师工作量申报与审核系统,还对其特点进行总结。This thesis firstly analyzes the performance and function demands of current declaration and auditing system for college instructors＇ workload. Secondly, it designs a Web-base Universal Declaration and Auditing System for College Instructors＇workload and realizes the system. Finally, it summarizes the characteristic of the system.
