摘　　要：目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定逐淤消痛胶囊中龙胆苦苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Shim-packC18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(11.5∶88.5),流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为254nm。结果:龙胆苦苷进样量在0.326～3.260μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为97.66%,RSD=1.44%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,可用于逐淤消痛胶囊的质量控制。OBJECTIVE： To establish a RP- HPLC method for the determination of Gentiopicroside in Zhuyuxiaotong capsules. METHODS： The chromatographic column was Shim-pack Cls（150mm × 4.6mm, 5μm） ; the mobile phase was Ace- tonitrile- water（ll. 5 ： 88.5） at a flow velocity of 1.0mL · min^-1, and the detection wavelength was set at 254nm. RESULTS： The linear concentration range of Gentiopicroside was within 0. 326μg-3.260μg（ r = 0.999 9）; and the average recovery rate was 97.66% （RSD = 1.44%, n = 6）. CONCLUSION： This procedure is simple, rapid and accurate, and it can be used for the quality control of Zhuyuxiaotong capsules.
