摘　　要：目的：建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定甘露消渴胶囊中熊果酸含量的方法。方法：色谱柱为HypersilC18（200mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为0．05％的磷酸-甲醇（15：85），流速为lmL·min^-1，柱温为4012，检测波长为207nm。结果：熊果酸进样量在0．96～4．80μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系（r=0．9999）；平均回收率为94．30％，RSD。1．57％（n=6）。结论：本方法简便、精密度高、重现性好，可用于甘露消渴胶囊的质量控制。OBJECTIVE： To establish a RP - HPLC method for the determination of Ursolic acid in Ganluxiaoke capsules. METHODS： The chromatographic column was Hypersil C18（200mm × 4.6mm, 5μm） at a temperature of 40℃ ; the mobile phase was 0.05% phosphoric acid - methanol （15 ： 85） at a flow velocity of lmL · min^-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 207nm. RESULTS： The linear concentration range of Ursolic acid was within 0.96-4.80μg（r = 0.999 9） . The average re- covery rate was 94.30% （RSD = 1.57%, n = 6） .CONCLUSION： This method is simple, precise and reproducible, and it can be used for the quality control of Ganluxiaoke capsules.
