摘　　要：研究分析了大型四辊轧机液压压下系统动态特性的各种测试方法。对用阶跃信号、正弦信号、伪随机信号、做激励信号的测试方法的原理、特性、实测结果进行了详细的分析比较，其结果有实际应用价值，可以对掌握轧机液压压下系统的动特性，系统的调试、控制以及改进设计提供可靠的依据。Three test methods for hydraulic screwdown systems dynamic characteristic of the large four-roller rolling machine are researched.The principle,characteristic,practice results of the test method based on the excitation of the step,sine and prbs signals are introduced and contrasted to each other.The results are of great practical value and give reliable basis for grasping the dynamic characteristic of the rolling machines hydraulic screwdown system,debugging the system,developing the design and so on.
