摘　　要：针对轧机主减速箱存在的问题，重点从材质、热处理工艺、加工精度等方面做了相应的改进，采用了渐开线、硬齿面、高精度齿轮，消除了重大隐患，满足了生产要求，在引进设备国产化方面积累了经验，具有一定的推广价值。In accordance with the existing problem on the drive reducer of the mill, we have made corresponding developments in respect of material, process of heat treatment and precision of machining with the adoption of face-hardened, high precision involute gear. Therefor the major of mechanical accident has been elimined. We have accumulated some experience in making imported equipment domestic, which is voluable to spread.
