摘 要:目的:重点在于摸索超滤膜分离地龙匀浆液中蛋白物质的最佳操作条件。方法:以新鲜红地龙的匀浆液为分离对象。以10万膜分离过程为目标过程,以膜通量为指标,来优化压力、温度、表面转速、料液浓度等操作条件。结果:(1)最佳操作条件为:0.25MPa,30℃,200r/min,pH=6.7,地龙浓度为33.3%(W:W),氯化钠的加入量为0。(2)红地龙匀浆液中蛋白物质分子量主要分布在5万-10万。结论:所得实验结果为中试或工业生产提供理论基础和数据支持。AIM: The aim of this investigation was to confirm the best operation conditions in the membrane separation of protein from the homogenate of red earthworm, Eisenia faefida. METHODS: Ultrafiltration mem- brane of fresh red earthworm with the cut-off of 10 000 was used as the target process, with the homogenate flux as index, the best value of operation parameters such as pressure, temperature, surface rotation speed and feed con- centration were fixed on. RESULTS: (1) The best suitable operation conditions were 0.25 MPa, 30℃, 200 r/ min, pH =6.7, 33.3% (w:w) concentration and not a bit of NaC1. (2) The molecular weight distribution of pro- tein in the homogenate of red earthworm mainly lay between 50 000 - 100 000. CONCLUSION: The obtained ex- perimental results will provide pilot scale test with data support.
