摘 要:目的:建立银杏达莫注射液中双嘧达莫、槲皮素、山柰素和异鼠李素4种成分的反相高效液相色谱分析方法。方法:以SCIENHOME KromasilC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(55:45,v/v)为流动相,柱温(32±0.1)℃,于360nm测定银杏达莫注射液中上述4种成分的含量。结果:双嘧达莫、槲皮素、山柰素和异鼠李素分别在21.7~261.0μg/mL,8.0~96.0μg/mL、7.75~93.0μg/mL及5.75~69.0μg/mL内峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系。精密度(RSD分别为1.16%,1.35%,1.21%和1.58%)良好。4种成分的平均回收率分别为100.3%,100.O%,99.9%,99.8%。结论:本实验建立了可同时测定双嘧达莫、槲皮素、山萘素和异鼠李素4种成分的RP-HPLC方法。该方法简便、准确,可用于银杏达莫注射液的质量控制。AIM: To simutaneously determinate the four components of dipyridamole, quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin in Ginkgo-Leaf-Extract Dipyridamole Injection by the reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic (RP-HPLC). METHODS: Ginkgo-Leaf-Extract Dipyridamole Injection was determined by RP- HPLC on Scienhome Kromasil C1s (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and 0.4% phosphoric acid solution (55: 45, v/v), the flow rate of 0.80 mL/min and UV detection wavelength at 360 nm were set to determine the contents of the four components. RESULTS: There were good linear relation- ships between peak area and concentration of the four components, and the calibration curves were linear in the ranges of 21.7 - 261.0 μg/mL for dipyridamole, 8.0 - 96.0 μg/mL for quercetin, 7.75 - 93.0 μg/mL for kaempferol, 5.75 -69.0 μg/mL for isorhamnetin. The precisions for dipyridamole, quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin were 1.16%, 1.35%, 1.21% and 1.58%, respectively. The average recoveries were 100.3%, 100.0%, 99.86% and 99.80%, respectively. CONCLUSION : The four components of the dipyridamole, quer- cetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin in Ginkgo-Left-Extract Dipyridamole Injection are determined at the same time, and the method is simple, sensitive and accurate.
