摘 要:目的:从中药黄芩中提取分离出有效成分,并对其组成和分子结构进行鉴定与表征。方法:采用醇提酸沉法提取分离出粗品,经过对粗品进行反复重结晶处理,得到淡黄色针状晶体。利用红外光谱(FTIR)、紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)、质谱(MS)、氢谱(1H-NMR)及碳谱(13C-NMR)等分析测试手段对该有效成分进行组成和分子结构的鉴定与表征。结果:从60g黄芩粗粉中提取分离得亮黄色粉末粗品3.17g,提取率5.29%;1.55g粗品经反复重结晶处理得晶体0.36g,提取率为23.2%,显色反应及波谱分析均显示其为黄酮化合物。结论:该有效成分鉴定为5,6-二羟基黄酮7-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖醛酸苷(黄芩苷),分子式为C21H18O11。AIM: Active component was separated molecular structure were characterized. METHODS: from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi and its composition and The crude product was separated from Scutellaria baicalensis by alcohol extraction and acid precipitation. Using reiterant recrystallization method, yellow needle crystal was gained. The composition and molecular structure were characterized by PI'IR, UV-Vis, MS and ^1H-, ^13C-NMR. RESULTS: 3.17 g yellow powder was separated from 60 g Scutellaria baicalensis and 0.36 g crystal was gained from 1.55 g powder. The extraction efficiency of the crude product and crystal were 5.29% and 23.2%, respec- tively. Colgr reactions and spectral analysis both showed the compound was flavonoid. CONCLUSION: The active component is characterized as 5,6-dihydroxy-flavone-7-O-β-D-glucuronide (baicalin) and the molecular formula is C21H18O11.
