摘 要:目的:建立栀子水提物中栀子苷和绿原酸两种成分的分析方法,全面分析水提物的化学成分。方法:采用加热回流法获得栀子的水溶性总提物,外标法测定水提物中栀子苷和绿原酸的含量,通过离子阱多级质谱法(ESI/MSn)全面分析水提物的化学成分。结果:测得水提物中栀子苷和绿原酸的含量分别为2.52%和0.08%,试验共对13种化合物进行了结构分析,其中2种尚未见报道。结论:该方法专属性强,可作为栀子的准确定性分析方法。AIM: To establish a method for quantifying gardenoside, chlorogenic acid and identifying other chemical compositions in the aqueous extract of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis. METHODS: Aqueous extract of Gar- denia jasminoides Ellis was obtained by heating reflux, then external reference method was used to determine the concentration of gardenoside and chlorogenic acid, finally other chemical components were identified by ESI-MS^n method. RESULTS : The concentration of gardenoside and chlorogenic acid were 2.52% and 0.08%, respectively. 13 chemical components were identified, and two components have not been reported. CONCLUSION: This method is suitable for the qualitative study of chemical components in Gardenia jasminoides Ellis.
