摘　　要：利用β-环糊精交联聚合物树脂(β-CDP)的选择性包合吸附性能和良好的透光性能,将其作为有机显色剂的载体用于痕量金属的分光光度测定。试验探索了β-CDP 包合2-[5-溴-(2-吡啶偶氮)]-5-二乙氮基苯酚(5-Br-PADAP)的性能及对包合反应和测定过程中的各种影响因素。首次提出了β-环糊精交联聚合物包合5-Br-PADAP 树脂固定相测定痕量镍的分光光度法,并成功地应用于黑木耳、人发及铸造锡合金中痕量镍的测定。In this paper β-cyclodextrin cross-linking polymer has been used as carrier for chromogenic agent in spectrophotometry due to its selective inclusive adsorption and fine transparancy.The inclusive characteristics of 2-[5-bromo- (2-pyridylazo)]-5-diethylaminophenol(Br-PADAP)by β-CD polymer and various influence factors of reaction have been studied.A new solid phase spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace nickel has been established.The method was used to analyze black mushroom and human hair with simplicity,rapidity and accuracy
