摘　　要：以磺基水杨酸、氯化钡和酚酞的混合溶液为载流反应液,采用一种连续流动式自动微量滴定技术,建立了铝酸钠溶液中宽含量范围苛性碱测定的自动分析方法。苛性碱测定的含量范围为20～250g/L,精密度RSD<1%。A new automatic micro-titration method for the determination of caustic hydroxide in sodium aluminate solution is proposed.The analysis system consists of a peristaltic pump,a injection valve,a titration cell and a CPAC-Ⅱ photometer with a single-chip computer.A mixing solution is used as the'carrier'with sulfosalicylic acid as the titration agent for alkali and the complexing agent of aluminium barium chloride as the precipitator of carbonate and phenolphalein as the indicator.In the range of 20-250g/L,good linear relation and precision have been obtained.
