摘 要:对于含金、银、铜、铅的浮选精矿,为综合回收其中的金、银、铜、铅,进行了六种湿法方案的对照研究,以氨浸脱铜硝酸脱铅氰化提金银方案为优,金、银、铜、铅的回收率分别可达95%、85%、90%及98%,并对此方案进行了批料为5kg规模的全工艺流程验证试验及半工业验证试验,结果与小型实验一致。该工艺氧化氨浸脱铜在80℃及80kPa下操作,操作简单,金属综合回收率高,易于工程实施,氨及硝酸可循环使用,所得产品为氧化铜、氧化铅及金、银。In this paper,the six treatment methods of recovering gold,silver,copper and lead from complex concentrate are studied and contrasted with each other.Among them,it is the optimum method which consists of three sections:(1)oxidation leaching Cu in ammonia solution,(2)leaching Pb with nitric acid and(3) leaching Au ,Ag with cyanide.By this optimum treatment method,the recovery rates of gold ,silver,copper and lead are respectively 95%,85%,90% and 95%.The results of the pilot scale tests with 5kg concentrate loaded per batch coincides with that of small scale test.In this process,oxidation leaching Cu in ammonia solution is operated at 80℃ and 80kPa operation pressure,which is simpie to operate and easy to practise.
