美比欧疤痕平治疗烧伤愈合后皮肤瘙痒症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察美比欧疤痕平治疗深Ⅱ度深型烧伤创面愈合后皮肤瘙痒症临床效果。方法:自2001年1月～2005年10月,对收治的206例深Ⅱ度深型烧伤愈合皮肤瘙痒症病人,应用美比欧疤痕平治疗。结果:206例病人在用药治疗3周～6周后瘙痒症状基本消失,有效率为93.68%。但治疗3周的治愈率仅占15.53%,而治疗6周的治愈率上升至77.59%。结论:美比欧疤痕平治疗深Ⅱ度深型烧伤愈合后皮肤瘙痒症疗效明显。Objective： To observe the efficacy of MEBO sear Lotion in treating skin pmrits of healed deep Ⅱ°deep burns. Method： In a period of Jan. 2001 - OcL 2005, 206 cases of skin pruritus of healed deep Ⅱ°deep burns were treated with MEBO scar Lotion. Results： In 206 cases, most of skin pruritus were cured after 6 weeks treatment. Effective power was 93.68%. Cure rate had been raised to 77. 59% , although the cure rate in 3 weeks was only 15.53%. Condusion： MEBO sear Lotion was effective in treating skin pruritus of healed deep Ⅱ Odeep bums.
