纤蛇纹石纤维化学分散试验与机理研究

摘  要:采用十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)对纤蛇纹石纤维进行了化学分散。用光浊度法和流体法,测试了不同分散剂用量、分散时间、搅拌速度对纤蛇纹石纤维的分散效果。通过热水凝聚法和直接干燥法,对化学分散后的纤维浆体进行干燥。结果表明,纤蛇纹石纤维进入水中表面带有正电荷,SDBS对其具有很好的松解分散作用;分散后的纤维直径大部分在50nm左右,Zeta电位恒为负值,且随pH值的增加,Zeta电位负值越来越大。C18H29O3S-的松解作用和在纤维之间的相斥作用,及其极性端对水溶液的亲和力,致使纤维束中的单根纤维相互分离。The experiment of using sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS) as a dispersant to disperse chrysotile fibres was carried out and the mechanism of dispersion was discussed. The turbidity method and fluid method were used to test the dispersion degree of chrysotile fibers and the dispersion degree were influenced by percentage of SDBS, dispersing time and rotate speed of dispersing machine. We used the methods of hotwater coacervation and immediate exsiccation to dry the dispersed fiber plasm. The results showed that the surface of chrysotile fibers are positive charge when they are in water, and SDBS has a great effect on the dispersion of fibers. The diameters of dispersed fibers are 50nm±, the zeta potential constantly remains negative value and the negative value increases with the heightening of pH. The dispersive action and the repulsive interaction of C18H29O3S-, as well as hydrophilic characteristic of its polar tips lead to the dispersion of chrysotile fibers.
