摘  要:研究了自制绿色高效外加剂(M剂)对模型石膏性能的影响,结果表明:加入M剂后,在石膏颗粒表面形成了扩散双电层结构,增加了石膏粒子之间的静电斥力,从而显著降低了石膏浆体的标稠用水量;硬化模型石膏结构致密,促进了石膏晶体的发育,晶体结合点增多,提高了石膏的宏观力学性能;M剂的最佳加入量为0.3%。In this paper the effects of green high effective addition agent(M agent) produced by ourselves on properties of mould gypsum were investigated. The results show that the addition agent leads to diffuse double layer on the surface of the gypsum particles and increase electrostatic repulsion between gypsum particles. The water of the plaster mash used as the standard consistence of mould gypsum had been deeply decreased. The results from SEM reveals that the addition agent is in favor of the growing of gypsum crystals. The increasement of the conjuction point of the sample improve the strength of gypsum The optimized dosage is 0.3%.
