宝钢高炉风口使用情况分析

摘　　要：宝钢十分重视提高和改善高炉风口的质量,对使用的贯流式风口不断进行了改进,先后使用过普通型、堆焊(共渗)型和长寿型3种风口,使风口的平均使用寿命得到了明显提高,如长寿型风口的平均使用寿命达550天,最高使用寿命达812天。Much attention has being paid to the quality of tuyere at Baoshan Steel. Much improvements have been made in the through-flow tuyere. The common type, build-up welding type and long life type tuyere had been used one after another on Baoshan Steel's blast furnaces. The average service life of the long life type tuyere reached 550 d and its maximum service life reached 812 d.
